I am Erdenekhuu Buyan-Ulzii. I am writing this assessment note to reflect upon the remarkable journey I’ve undertaken in the four years since receiving the coaching program from Solongo Coach.
When I first engaged in coaching, I was working as a Material Coordinator with a contractor company since graduated and was at a crossroads in both my personal and professional life. Today, I stand as a different individual, having made substantial strides in my career and personal development.
*Career Advancement:* At the outset, I was a Material Coordinator, focused on the daily logistics of the job. Thanks to the invaluable insights and guidance from my coaching, I have successfully transitioned into the role of a Client Project Engineer. This career progression allowed me to lead projects, manage teams, and make significant contributions to my organization. The coaching process was instrumental in helping me set clear career goals, develop leadership skills, and navigate my professional journey with confidence.
*Educational Achievement:* During this period, I also completed my Master’s degree during the COVID-19 time. This academic achievement not only expanded my knowledge base but also instilled a strategic mindset. My coaching journey played a pivotal role in motivating me to pursue higher education and provided me with the skills to effectively balance the demands of work and studies.
*Personal Growth:* The coaching experience extended beyond my professional life, significantly impacting my personal growth. During this time, I have distanced myself from depressive impaction and negativity, focusing on nurturing more positive and supportive connections. I attribute this growth to the valuable lessons in self-awareness and emotional intelligence that coaching imparted.
*Self-Reflection:* One of the most enduring gifts from the coaching process has been the practice of self-reflection. Regularly evaluating my goals, values, and personal growth has allowed me to view myself from a different perspective. This reflection has been a powerful tool in decision-making, helping me lead a more balanced and fulfilling life. In conclusion, the coaching journey I embarked on two years ago has been transformative in both my professional and personal life.
